Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:

• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
• We only offer fast-tracked shipping. 
• Delivery estimates will be provided during the checkout process. Uk is the next day and the EU is within 5 days. The rest of the world can take up to 10 days. 

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking:

• You will receive a shipment confirmation email with the tracking number(s) once your order has been shipped.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

• SAUCISSE is responsible for paying taxes on shipments within the EU where indicated on the checkout. In other countries customs and taxes applied and fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages:

• Please contact us in the first instance so we can resolve the issue with the carrier. Everything is sent tracked and insured.
