Processing Time:

• Orders are normally dispatched within 4–7 working days. Delivery time is additional to this dispatch period.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:

• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
• Orders are sent by tracked courier, including Evri, Amazon and other delivery partners. Working days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays. 
• After dispatch, UK orders are sent by tracked next-day courier. Next-day delivery is the courier service aim, not delivery the day after placing your order. International transit estimates are up to 5 working days for the EU and up to 10 working days for other available destinations, after dispatch. Customs processing and carrier delays can extend these estimates. Available destinations and shipping charges are shown at checkout. 

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking:

• You will receive a shipment confirmation email with the tracking number(s) once your order has been shipped.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

• SAUCISSE is responsible for paying taxes on shipments within the EU where indicated on the checkout. In other countries customs and taxes applied and fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages:

• Please contact us in the first instance so we can resolve the issue with the carrier. Everything is sent tracked and insured.
